Methodology & definitions

Commitment (engagement)

Total amount subscribed, callable by the manager over the life of the fund.

Called capital (paid-in)

Sum of realized and paid capital calls.

Unfunded (restant à appeler)

Commitment − Called: estimated future calls (cash to plan for). Excludes recallable distributions (recycling), which can take capital calls beyond this amount.

Distributions

Amounts returned to the investor (exits, dividends, repayments).

NAV (valuation)

Residual value of holdings still owned.

DPI / RVPI / TVPI

Distrib./Called · NAV/Called · (Distrib.+NAV)/Called. TVPI = DPI + RVPI.

IRR

Annualised rate on realized recorded cash flows, final NAV included.

Forecast

Estimated future cash flows (calls & distributions). Do not affect realized multiples or IRR; they feed the cash projection.

Holder

Legal wrapper holding the position: individual, company, life insurance, securities account…

Distributor

Channel through which the position was subscribed: bank, family office, IFA, or direct subscription.

How to read this table

First column — Fund · Manager

The fund name (in serif) — click it to open the fund's dossier (key figures + cash-flow history). The manager is shown just below, with the distributor (« via … ») when set. The thin bar under the name shows the share of commitment called (turns terracotta if over-called).

Source — « Fund report »

You enter the figures reported by the fund: Called, Distributions, TVPI and IRR become editable (dotted underline — click to edit). DPI & RVPI are recomputed from them.
